I feel so very blessed to have New Horizons RV Services LLC in my backyard. Being able to have a mobile RV tech in and of itself is something to be grateful for… Having someone who takes pride in their work like Kevin does is on another level! Thanks to Kevin with New Horizon RV Services for coming out and getting me all fixed up this morning! Kevin is authorized to do warranty work on Forest River, Brinkley, and several other makes of RVs! He warrantied and swapped out our microwave and it didn’t cost me a dime! The button wasn’t ejecting the door properly. He is working on doing the same for a couple of roller shades that aren’t functioning correctly as well. He installed our Lippert Solera Slide Topper and ensured we have as much fall as possible so rain doesn’t collect on it. Kind of crazy the tricks he had up his sleeve to achieve that… I would’ve definitely screwed that up if I had installed it myself as I had originally intended. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Finally, he hopped up on my roof and gave it a good once over to ensure that I didn’t have any issues or potential future issues that were noticeable. We are very satisfied with the repairs made by New Horizons RV Service to our 33 ft. Camper. They did a few repairs right away at our home. Then we took it to their shop for the major work. They replaced the slide floor, and also repaired wiring there and in the belly which was damaged when a tire blew. They recoated the roof, installed a new awning and external LED lights. They were very courteous and professional. They are scheduled to come to our home again in a couple of weeks to fix a few more items we added to the list. We are very happy with the work done by New Horizons RV Service.

Kevin came out and completely cleaned my air conditioning system. It had not been cleaned in years. It is working like brand new now. Honest guy and did an exceptional job.
